Personal Goods and Effects Moving Sales Consultant                 Post Date: 11 ,Jan, 2010

Duites:
1. In the probation period, supervise the workers while packing. Communicate with client and workers. Write packing list.
2. Make a pre-move survey, caculate the volume of goods customs which will move and email a quotation to client according to the request of client.
3. Build and develop good relationship with new customers by
identifying & developing new business opportunities to achieve sales
targets.
4. Maintain strong relationship with the existing customers, and
further explore potential customers.
5. Conduct market & competitors analysis to improve customer
satisfaction.

Qualifications
1.Fluent English (in both written & speaking) and Mandarin.
2.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Familiar with MS office, especially Excel and word.
4.Willingness to accept challenges and work under pressure.
5.Strong sense of responsibility.
6.Prepare for business trips.

Real Estate Sales Consultant                                                      Post Date: Jan,18, 2010

Duties:
1.Handles day to day sales inquiry
2.Conducts center tour with prospectors and follows up with proposals and calls.
3.Negotiates the contracts with client and close the deal effectively.
4.Make cold calls and sales blitzes to launch different sales promotions.
5.Maintains positive relations with real estate agents, MNC HR, law firm and registration companies.
6.Assists in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications
1.Must have experience in real estate industry.
2.Fluent English (in both written & speaking) and Mandarin.
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Familiar with MS office, especially Excel and word.
5.Willingness to accept challenges and work under pressure.

Deliver boxes to every employees. They can put their personal goods to the box and tick a mark.  3. Set apart furnitures and pack them with paper, bubble wrap, and cartons.  4. Pack the facilities in the public area and make a detailed packing list to make sure every screws and wire will not be left. 5. Check the number of every packages according to the packing list before goods are loading into the truck. 6. When arrived, check number and make wall and floor protection. Unpack and set up furnitures. We will clean the office finally. You may rate our serive. When you are satisfied, we will leave and take away the debires. If you need, we can change the postion of furnitures for you in one month without any payment.
