在滨海城市深圳，人们有很多种方式感知海的元素。深圳正式宣布入秋前，我们决定做一回大湾区最酷的妞最靓的仔，到西涌完成乘风破浪的一期拍摄。

In a coastal city like Shenzhen, people have many ways to perceive ocean elements. Before the official announcement of autumn in Shenzhen, we choose to become one of the coolest girls or boys in the Greater Bay Area and finish the shooting of this episode - chasing waves in Xicong, Shenzhen.

西涌海滩全长5公里，这里是珠三角地区水质最佳海域之一，也是水上运动爱好者眼中的冲浪圣地和起源地。驱车1个小时，找到西涌海滩入口不远的平尚冲浪俱乐部（PINGUP SURF），俱乐部的阿超（英文名 Charles）教练就是记者金洪竹和外籍嘉宾Alya当天的私教。

Xichong Beach, with a total length of 5 kilometers, is one of the areas with the best water quality in the Pearl River Delta. In the eyes of Shenzhen water sports enthusiasts, it is also their holy land and the origin of surfing.

After an hour"s drive to the PINGUP SURF, not far from the entrance to Xichong Beach, we find our coach Charles, who is the personal trainer for our reporter Kim and our international guest Alya.

午后阳光温暖而不刺眼，抬头就能看见深圳天文台的两个白色穹顶，换好衣服，在脸部骨骼凸起的部位（如颧骨、鼻梁）抹上彩色防晒泥，要做大湾区乘风破浪的小姐姐们开始上课了。

In the afternoon, the sun is warm but not harsh. When you look up, you can see the two white domes of the Shenzhen Observatory.

After changing your surfing clothes and apply colored sunscreen mud to the convex parts of your face, such as cheekbone and the bridge of your nose, you are ready for the surfing class.

当你走到海水没过腿的地方时，就是放下冲浪板的时候。冲浪板在海面上飘浮，冲浪者就可以尝试控制板。为了掌握冲浪的动作要领，两位初学者已在岸上学习如何正确趴在冲浪板中轴线上，并在合适的时机起身，完成从趴到站的起乘（pop up）动作。（谨记遵守起乘规则：一个人一个浪。）     

When you step to the sea and the water is over your legs, it"s time to put your surfboard down. The surfer can try to control the board as it floats on the surface of the sea.

In order to master the motions of surfing, two beginners have been on shore to learn how to lie on the central axis of their surfboard and get up at the right time to perform the"pop up". (Remember to follow the rule: One wave each person.)

1、乘坐公交M232路到“鹤薮村站”步行1公里左右可到西涌海滩附近

2、自驾导航搜索“西涌海滩”

冲浪学员：48元/位

夜场门票：20元/位
