为加强家校沟通,形成教育合力,近日,华美外国语学校小学部举行“互动式”家长会。在“老师讲、家长听”“围坐讨论”“上台发言”“答疑解惑”等环节中,加深了家长们对学校和班集体的了解,增进了家长与老师之间、家长与家长之间的认识与友谊,为实现共同育人的目标奠定了基础。

六年级家长会上,校长助理周亚南以《信任带来改变与行动》为题,以随机问答、互动讨论的形式,阐明了老师、家长、学生之间应该是一种互为信任的关系。他表示,面对孩子当前的心理与心智状况,家长更应该与老师一同携手共力,当孩子的好观众、好医生、好导师,甚至是监督员与勤务员。8 T2 ]9 y( l* [
